Battodo
Mizu gaeshi
is a diagonally upwards cut followed by a horizontal cut all made before the target hits the floor.

These cuts are classified as "speed-cuts" and are mainly used in fencing bouts utilizing  the blade's tip (hasaki)  for disabling an opponent. After he had succumbed to the wound he would have been dispatched with a "power-cut" as in video # 3.
